Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Tracked UK shipping is included in the displayed product prices. We do not currently accept orders for other destinations.

Where orders ship from

Cups ship from our supplier in China using CJPacket Fast Line for UK orders.

Processing and delivery estimates

Allow approximately 1–3 days for processing, followed by around 4–10 days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; some orders take longer. Processing and transit are separate, and customs or carrier delays can affect arrival.

Supplier estimates were checked on 5 November 2026 for each of our four variants. The supplier reports that 90% of orders are processed in 1–3 days and 91% of shipments take 4–10 days in transit.

Charges

Review the final total, including any applicable taxes, at checkout before placing your order.

Tracking and address changes

When your order ships, we will email the available tracking details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

Email letsgetslushy@civic.work with your order number for help. We will investigate and explain the available remedy. This policy does not affect your rights if goods are not delivered within the agreed period.
